Sai Keng resident Jacqui Hamilton, mother of twins and hairdresser with her own clinic, has now published a children’s book. “The Sai Kung Police Officers” is a tale about children who act as law officers keeping the town safe from lurking bad guys. Two of the kids’ leaders are called Braedan and Lachlan, coincidentally the same names as Jacqui’s two-year-old boys. The book is colourfully illustrated with local landmark scenes that children will recognise. Written in English and simplified Chinese it will help youngsters develop language skills.
“The Sai Kung Police Officers” is available for $180 at Kidnapped bookstore in Man Nin St and Jacqui’s Aphrodite Hair and Make-up on the first floor more or less above the Standard Chartered Bank.
For information call Jacqui at 6340 5510 or husband Graham at 9769 3408
