Mini CR Care seems to be snacks only
Normally you associate CR Care with healthy living, along with Watsons and Mannings. However the new mini shop near Paisano’s in Chan Man Street, seems to be selling snacks and pre-packaged goods. What with Watsons doing a runner round the corner and also down-sizing, it’s a about time that Mannings opened a pharmacy, as it’s crazy that there’s only one in town.
Bubble tea legend arrives
Fans of Taiwanese bubble tea now have another outlet in town. Bubble tea legend Gong Cha has arrived. The new shop opened last week in Fuk Man Road, opposite the KMB bus terminal.
Someone’s not happy with the bus no. 94 rescheduling
Whilst leaving the GMB terminus the other day, a banner protesting the rescheduling of KMB bus no. 94 was noticed (hence the blurred photo – sorry). Clearly someone is not too happy about this. As BUZZ reported this week, even District Councillors who do not represent the areas the bus runs through have taken up the matter. As the decision to cut the schedule was taken by KMB without public consultation – or without Transport Department being aware of it – it’s good that something’s happening. But how much easier for everyone if the consultation had taken place before the decision was made, not after.
