Landowners in Kei Ling Ha Lo Wai, Shap Sze Heung, have applied for planing permission to turn Coastal Protection Area land into a “Hobby Farm”.
The application requests planning permission to use the site for a temporary
place of recreation, sports or culture for a period of three years. The site
area is about 1,840.5 m², occupied by three structures with building heights of 2.6 – 5.2 m
(1-2 storey) with a total floor area of 411 m² for visitor centre, farmer resting room,
storage of farm tools, agricultural education room and fire service water tank and
panel.
The operation hours will be from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm daily, it also operates on public
holidays.
