The site in Ho Chung
In August 2020 BUZZ reported that the Buildings Department announced that the tender for a site, Lot No. 1003 in DD No. 214 at Hiram’s Highway near Heung Chung Road, Ho Chung, Sai Kung, New Territories, had been awarded to the highest tenderer, Wise Castle Corporation Limited (parent company: Chime Corporation Limited), on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $531,880,000.

BD has recently announced that it has approved the building of five 2-storey single family houses, one three-storey single family house, and two 3-storey and three six-storey apartments blocks on a two storey podium on the development.
