Traffic cops step up illegal parking checks over Mid-Autumn Festival

Tseung Kwan O Police District have stepped up illegal parking checks for the three consecutive days 20-22 September, including Clear Water Bay Road, Tai Au Mun Road, Clear Water Bay Tai Au Mun Country Park, Tong Chun Street and Tseung Kwan O South. They are carrying out traffic law enforcement operations to ensure that roads and all emergency vehicle passages are unblocked.

The police are issuing multiple tickets for illegal parking, and will immediately tow away illegally parked vehicles that may cause serious obstruction or endanger the safety of road users. So far dozens of illegally parked cars have been ticketed or towed away.
