Abandoned dog in deserted village is rescued: volunteers search for the owner

Yesterday (29/1) BUZZ reported concerns about an abandoned dog in the deserted village of Big Snake Bay (Tai She Wan) in Sai Kung. Catherine’s Puppies have now reported that their very dedicated volunteer Adam travelled alone this morning and caught the stranded animal. Adam was only going to leave some more food until they had a better rescue planned.

The recued dog is now at Pets Central. He is not chipped and not desexed. One of the charities volunteers mentioned that maybe he’s from one of the fish farms or seafood restaurants as he was very comfortable on the boat!!! They will take some flyers out tomorrow in case someone is missing him and doesn’t use social media.
