Wisdom Glory Limited and Salechoice Properties Limited, the developers of a near 13,000 sq ft lot in Sha Ha, Sai Kung, have resubmitted plans for the development of 14 houses and 154 flats in three towers; one of 3 storeys, one of nine storeys and one of ten, and a club house, after having previous applications rejected on three previous occasions. There will also be provision for 254 parking spaces. The site has been subject to a number of applications over the years dating from 2022.
The new application has taken into account previous decisions by TPB relating to the environmental impact assessment, which resulted in legal opinion being sought.

The proposed development adds to the building boom along Tai Mong Tsai Road, with multiple other schemes being approved over the past few years.
