Mang Kung Wo Road, Sai Kung
Transport Department have announced that during Ching Ming Festival, Mang Kung Wo Road, Sai Kung will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm daily on 28 and 29 March, and 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 11 and 12 April 2026 (except emergency vehicles and vehicles with permits issued by the Transport Department).
Mang Kung Road has the famous Fat Kwong Temple, as well as numerous cemetery sites.
Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
