Yesterday afternoon (5/8) around 1:00 pm, police received a report that a man had collapsed while playing a round of golf in Kau Sai Chau, Sai Kung.
The 64-year-old Japanese national was airlifted by helicopter to Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital for urgent medical attention, where he was later pronounced dead.
Preliminary investigations suggest the man collapsed while playing golf at the first hole of the Eastern course. The cause of death will be determined after an autopsy.
