Hiram’s Highway was jammed solid into and out of Sai Kung this afternoon after two vehicles collided at the junction of Che Keng Tuk Road around 2:00 pm. A van crashed into a private car scattering glass all over the road. This caused a major hold-up until it had been cleared.
Three people were injured in the accident and taken to hospital. Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
Single-line two-way traffic control was implemented for around one hour, with traffic backed up into Sai Kung Town and Ho Chung.
