Sing, Sai Kung’s most popular restaurateur*, said he got his liquor licence back Tuesday (31/8). Singaling, which he runs with partner Wai-ling, is now fully back in business.
This is good news for imbibers in town because Singaling offers the best drinks deal Monday through Thursday – two for the price of one.

The liquor licence was lost temporarily because of a bureaucratic mix up.
