Early this morning, around 5:00 am, on Tai Mong Tsai Road, near Wong Keng Tei Village, Sai Kung, a woman was robbed of her handbag by three people on bicycles.
The 46-year-old woman was preparing to go to work. Suddenly three people arrived on bicycles, took the woman’s handbag and fled. The robbed woman reported the incident to the police, who arrived at the scene to investigate, but no sign of the robbers was found. The case was handed over to the Criminal Investigation Team for follow-up.
Other than the handbag the victim lost documents and a wallet containing around HK$1,200 in cash. The victim was not injured.
