Emperor International receive planning permission to build 15 houses in Ho Chung

Last year BUZZ reported that Emperor International had proposed amendments to its Ho Chung housing project in Sai Kung. It requested permission to build 15 houses, two more than the approved plan in 2018. The relevant application was approved by the Town Planning Board yesterday (16/4).

According to relevant documents, the ab site is located to the west of Marina Cove, covering an area of ​​approximately 65,000 sq.ft., including approximately 7,031 sq.ft. of government land. It is now zoned “Residential (Type E)” and will be used for development of houses at a plot ratio of 0.4. Each building is two storeys high, and there is also a open parking space on another floor, with a total floor area of ​​about 26,000 sq.ft.
