In addition, hikers should understand the route information before departure, and plan the itinerary carefully according to the length of the route, the slope, the road surface conditions, the time required for the trip, the physical condition and ability of themselves and their companions. Attention should also be paid to notices on the trails, and do not go to dangerous places such as cliffs. To avoid accidents, hikers should also pay attention to changes in the weather, and change their itinerary if necessary.
