Redevelopment plans for Clear Water Bay Apartments, Sai Kung approved by Building Department

The Buildings Department approved 11 building plans in October, with two on Hong Kong Island, three in Kowloon and six in the New Territories.

Of the approved plans, three were for apartment and apartment/commercial developments, three were for commercial developments, two were for factory and industrial developments, and three were for community services developments.

In Sai Kung, the residential project includes Tower G and Tower H of Clear Water Bay Apartments, No. 8 Ka Shue Road. Two 5-storey high-rise residential buildings are planned to be redeveloped, with an additional low-rise underground floor providing a total floor area of ​​approximately 25,183 square feet.
